The session will cover the latest changes and updates in Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands since end of 2019, including the change of Bermuda Holding Co definition, the new Economic Substance Portal in Bermuda and how certain filings have been delayed due to covid-19, etc.
