In this e-seminar, the speakers will update the audience on the Competition Law - covering the latest enforcement directions, leniency policy/cooperation policy and the adoption of carecraft procedure and what practitioners should look out for. This will cover latest enforcement actions settled by way of carecraft procedure too.
